Nursing Home Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping for facility inventory cash flow
- Managing the billing for residents and families
- Analyzing and planning budget proposals
- Communicating financial updates with other management professionals and board members
- Overseeing payroll protocols
Education:
- Bachelors degree
- Most hold Masters degrees
- Must take training and states approved to get training
- Internship then pass an exam
This sounds like something i would like to do but at the same time not i like old people but knowing me if they pass away the pain would be to real for me
